Retail must become more accessible

Dear Sir or Madam,

Finishing shopping for the weekend or looking for a new jacket for the spring season – what might sound not complicated at all, offers some difficulties for people with disabilities. Because not every changing room is accessible and even while online shopping there are some barriers for some people. What customers with disabilities expect from retail and what they already get offered, you will get to know in our Topic of the Month April: Accessible retail.

Have a nice week!
