  • Chairskating with David Lebuser - David Lebuser is Germany’s first professional wheelchair skater. Besides that he also holds WCMX workshops for other wheelchair users in Germany.   • During the runtime of REHACARE 2015 David Lebuser will additionally be showing his abilities in the skate park of DGVU and DRS in hall 3, entrance area near the catering.

  • REHACARE Kid's World - At the 200 m² playing and experience area in hall 4, children can test balance games and walk or drive through an exciting movement parcours. For those who rather want to be creative there is also an offering of drawing, reading, doing handicrafts or doing make up; all day; hall 4. Further information


  • On Thursday the forum "Living with care @home" will deal with the topic of "Dementia and its influence on daily life". There will be lectures dealing with communication, wound treatment, consultation and much fun; all day; hall 3/F70, seminar room and World Café. Further information


  • Wheelchair dancing in perfection – International top class in wheelchair dancing with Birgit and Reiner Habben-Kober at 12:20 am in hall 7a/Sports Center. Further information


  • Impulse presentation: The provision of auxiliary means – The need for action as it is seen by with Barbara Steffens, Minister for Health, Equalities, Care and Ageing of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia; 02:00 pm to 04:00 pm; REHACARE Forum in hall 3/E74. Further information


  • Cooking show with Volker Westermann, Elisabeth Veldhues and Norbert Killewald, current and former representatives for people with disabilities of the state of Nort-Rhine Westphalia.   • The stroke simulator of the company reIntegro makes it possible for visitors of REHACARE to experience the most common visual impairments and movement restrictions which are the effect of a stroke. By means of easy daily tasks it shall be conveyed which problems affected persons have to face in their daily life and in their job; all day; hall 3/F42/VI. Further information


  • The company Swiss-Trac provides wheelchair users the possibility to test pulling equipment for manual wheelchairs; all day; hall 3/A94. Further information


  • G-Weg® is a therapeutic aid for fall prevention and gait improvement. Test also the 6 meters long carpet which is suited for training with walkers; all day; Sport Center hall 7a.

  • Photo campaign at the stand of inkluWAS: "Show your face for diversity. Set a sign with us." Everyone who buys something will be photographed with his/her inkluWAS shirt. All pictures will be hanged on a giant pin board. All-day on all trade fair days until Saturday; all day; hall 7/A12. Further information

  • Open consultation hour: "The basics of home care – we are happy to consult you!" A lecture from the event series: Encouragement of mobility and how do we transform it into practical action; 11:00 am to 01:00 pm; Forum "Living with care @home" in hall 3/F70. Further information


  • Big final show: The ultimate dancing show "SONG CONTEST" by the dance division of the BRSNW with about 200 dancers from North-Rhine-Westphalia; from 03:00 pm; Stage of Sport Center in hall 7a. Further information

    REHACARE Sports Center

    The REHACARE Sports Center (Hall 7a) is a popular meeting place for sports enthusiasts and all who wants it to become. The Disabled Sports Association of North Rhine-Westphalia shows the diversity of sports to people with disabilities.

    REHACARE Forum

    The REHACARE Forum (hall 3 / E73) focusses on problems of those who are affected, the provision of assistive technology from the national health insurance, innovative products, mobility & travel. The forum language is German.

    Exhibitor lectures

    Besides presentations at their stand, several REHACARE exhibitors provide lectures with interesting background information presented at the Dialog Center/CCD South. The lecture performances range from 45 minutes to several hours. The participation at the exhibitor lectures is free of charge. Most of the lectures will be held in German.

    Focal Parc and Forum "Market Place Brain"

    The Focal Parc in hall 3 / F44 offers informations about new assistive technology and scientific knowledge for people with brain injuries, stroke or congenital brain damage, e.g. rehabilitation, care facilities and advisory centres.
