BIOflex® to Touch at REHACARE 2010

At this year’s Rehacare RHEINMAGNET will be showing BIOflex®.
BIOflex® has become the internationally recognised term for the latest state of non-aggressive and non-invasive permanent magnet technology to support human health. Studies having been conducted for approx. 20 years according to strict scientific criteria prove the significant therapeutic effects of magnetic treatment, especially related to pain and blood circulation therapies.

After extensive research work, the German physicist Horst M. Baermann discovered several particularly beneficial pole configurations for permanent magnets, whereupon the company RHEINMAGNET Horst Baermann GmbH has been granted numerous national and international patents from 1983 onwards.

Together with a number of further discoveries in the subsequent years, the BIOflex® technology has meanwhile become an international term for therapeutic permanent magnets. Due to its concentric circle magnetic field configuration a multitude of blood vessels are being beneficially crossed irrespective of their position. This causes reactions which otherwise are known from electromagnetic coils only.

BIOflex® foils feature permanent concentric circle magnets with alternating poles and particularly strong magnetic fields providing deep penetration into the tissue. They represent the latest state of knowledge in the field of magnetism (EU Patent No. EP 1044702A2 BIOflex® mega; No. 0793158 BIOflex® plus).

To this day, no side-effects are known in the treatment with static magnetic fields in general and BIOflex® in particular. Even in cases of extreme sensitivity to chemicals (such as medicaments, cosmetics, creams) BIOflex® neither causes allergies, nor gastric disorders or disorders of any other internal organs. BIOflex® foils release neither chemicals (pharmaceutical substances) nor any kind of rays.

BIOflex® technology
Due to the difference between room and body temperature, the Aqua-Compound processed in the BIOflex® product range absorbs body heat in the contact areas, even through clothing, and releases it again at the free surfaces. This results in a cooling effect of up to 2.7° C in the contact areas.

The cooling Aqua-Compound material consists of 90% pure water, which can absorb heat and release it again, thus causing an hours lasting pleasant temperature compensation on the body surface. Due to its gel-like consistency, it follows the body silhouette.
BIOflex® foils are permanently magnetised and do not lose their magnetic force.
