REHACARE.de: What makes you get up in the morning?
Stefan Schmaltz: To move, to make sport. I make WingTsun the whole day.

REHACARE.de: What is your favourite place and why?
Stefan Schmaltz: The forest of Schobüll, because I like to go jogging there.

REHACARE.de: Who or what impresses you?
Stefan Schmaltz: Bruce Lee is my idol. He was master of WingTsun, too.

REHACARE.de: What is your most valuable possession?
Stefan Schmaltz: Health. That is the most important thing in the life of a human being.

REHACARE.de: What are you fed up with?
Stefan Schmaltz: The high price of the fuel.

REHACARE.de: What makes you relax the most?
Stefan Schmaltz: WingTsun. To make Siu-Nim-Tau, a form of health WingTsun to learn more about the own body.

REHACARE.de: What makes you happy?
Stefan Schmaltz: Helping other people.

REHACARE.de: Is there something you should throw away, but won’t?
Stefan Schmaltz: Old trainers which I like to wear because I can move better with them.

REHACARE.de: Name three things that make for a fulfilled life!
Stefan Schmaltz: Health, love and sincerity.

REHACARE.de: When was the last time you felt blown away by something?
Stefan Schmaltz: In Kiel by the awarding of the master title on 25th February in 2010.

REHACARE.de: What questions would you like to know the answer to?
Stefan Schmaltz: Is there a life after death?

REHACARE.de: When was the last time you felt like hiding from something?
Stefan Schmaltz: Perhaps when I was young and I have not practised martial art and I was more vulnerable.

Stefan Schmaltz: Health.

REHACARE.de: What is your philosophy of life?
Stefan Schmaltz: To tackle everything, to make everything better and to be active.
