Name: Angelika Mincke
Age: 54
City: Giesendorf, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany
Occupation: Former administration employee, now EU retiree

Angelika Mincke has got humour. Even little things make her laugh. But the happy EU retiree also has a thoughtful side. With REHACARE.de she talked about late realisings, finding ease and a good meatball-replacement.

REHACARE.de: When did you last laugh heartily and what about?
Angelika Mincke: I do that very often and the nice thing is that I can also do it for myself for example at a slapstick. Luckily I am a very happy person who needs humor to live.

REHACARE.de: What is your favourite place? And why?
Angelika Mincke: At the sea, here I feel really good. Of course I would prefer an ocean with turquoise water.

REHACARE.de: The last meal in my life would be…
Angelika Mincke: That sounds like the hangman’s supper. I hope I don’t have to think about my meal when I have to die, but have a nice person near me that would replace any meatball.

REHACARE.de: Which person has influenced you most?
Angelika Mincke: There are a lot of peopl,e including my mother. Unfortunately I realised it after her death.

REHACARE.de: Is there something you should throw away, but won’t?
Angelika Mincke: My husband. No that was a joke. I have always been throwing things away so I don’t have this problem.

REHACARE.de: If you were to win one million in the lottery, what would you do with the money?
Angelika Mincke: I would give some money to close people and then fulfill dreams with good conscience, a trip to New Zealand, then live my life reassured
with the thought “that I could if I wanted”

REHACARE.de: Which moment of your life would you like to relive?
Angelika Mincke: There are many moments: re-experiencing the nature of Death Valley. The moments in which I fell in love.
