A distinctively styled, ergonomic lifestyle chair designed by Jon Crawford will be showcased at REHACARE 2012.
Ergonomically designed with a profiled and supportive back Velvare assists in the ‘Sit-to-stand’ movement in which seat height, armrests and clearance for foot positioning all assist with activities of daily living.
Velvare also features adjustable lumbar support and a shaped, visco elastic neck cushion to meet individual needs, while integrated pressure relief and equalisation cushion options help reduce tissue damage risk.
The innovative orb handgrips are both tactile and supportive, available in hardwood or moulded Medipur™ PU with built in anti-bacterial technology. The Orb design aids ‘grip strength’ exercises, proven to benefit hand osteoarthritis and injury recovery.
