Intercultural care

Dear Sir or Madam,

Nobody in need of support in old age just wants to be "one of many". Care rather has to be adapted to the individual need. This holds, also and especially, true for people with a different cultural background. They want care staff who speaks their mother tongue and food that is characteristic for their home country, for example. Learn more about projects that offer culturally sensitive care in our Topic of the Month April: Intercultural care.

Enjoy reading!

How we roll

Jan Nic Arnold is all about one topic: sports. Whether it is handball, athletics or swimming, the fifteen-year-old from Stuttgart can hardly be stopped. But also his friends and especially his father play an important role in his life. He has his eyes firmly on his big dream and so his next stop is already clear. You can find at REHACARE.com what this is.

Whether at home, in a nursing home or a hospice – people in need of care should always get the best care possible. Thereby, carers have to pay attention to individual factors like a different cultural background for example. REHACARE.com shows why this is so important by the example of some culturally sensitive projects in our Topic of the Month April: intercultural care.
