Sports Center "Be active instead of just watching"
The Rehabilitation and Sports Association of People with Disabilities in North-Rhine Westphalia (German: Behinderten- und Rehabilitationssportverband Nordrhein-Westfalen – BRSNW) invites the REHACARE visitors to inform themselves about the variety of sports for people with disabilities and to try out different types of sports directly on site. The services and activities in the areas of rehabilitation, popular and competitive sports are aimed not only at affected persons – family members and especially people that work in rehabilitation and care professions will also find many ideas and inspiration.
In the exhibition hall, visitors will have the opportunity to take part in sporting activities. But even those who have not yet been active in sport can discover for themselves what is possible with disability and possible age-related restrictions.
Where can I find a sport activity that is individually tailored to me?
What types of sport are available for people with disabilities?
What kind of sport is practicable and still enjoyable for me?
How can I be active even in my advanced years?
Visitors to REHACARE will find answers to these questions. And many sports can be tried out on site.
What can trade fair visitors expect in the Sports Centre in 2018?

The studio community of visual artists shows a small insight into different art directions of the individual participants. Since all members have different impairments, the mutual support is an essential condition for the joy and the fun of being together and learning from each other.
