10/04/2017Poor asthma control and knowledge are common in children with doctor-diagnosed asthma, according to research by Queen Mary University of London. In a survey of nearly 700 secondary schoolchildren, half of them were not controlling their asthma optimally, a third with an inhaler said they were uncomfortable using it at school, and almost a third with an inhaler did not use it even when wheezy.
