"Be bold and wild and wonderful" – Elke Ederer gladly gives the advice of Pipi Longstocking to other people. Lucky Luke also plays an important role in her life – next to her boyfriend, her dog and her diabetes. To this, she devotes a whole homepage. And what it is all about with an animal sanctuary and Jim Morrison, she tells us at RECAHRAE.com.
Name: Elke Ederer Age: 33 City: Upper Austria, Austria Occupation: I’m working as a plan plotter for fiber optic cable and I also operate my site www.einfach-zucker.at (in German only) Impairment: Type 1 diabetic since 1996
You have the chance to become the German Federal Commissioner for the Disabled. What would you do first?
Elke Ederer: I would take a stand for making the access to medically necessary drugs and medical aids less difficult.
Your life is made into a film: Who would represent you?
Elke Ederer: I think, it would become a cartoon. (I can’t think of anyone who could represent me). In any case, Lucky Luke would be a protagonist in this movie. Since always he has been my favorite cartoon hero.
I would like to be ...
Elke Ederer: … to have been attending a Doors concert in the first row and having a live experience of Jim Morrison.
Which questions would you like answered the most?
Elke Ederer: Is life predetermined?
What I finally want to say...
Elke Ederer: Don't give up – be bold and wild and wonderful… (my favorite quote from "Pipi Longstocking").
