Questions and answers about the cancellation of REHACARE 2021 for exhibitors
We withdrew from the event before the event was cancelled. Do we still have to pay the event withdrawal fee?
No event withdrawal fees will be charged. Exhibitors had not yet been officially admitted to participation in REHACARE 2021 when the event was cancelled.
What are you doing with the registrations that have already been confirmed?
All agreements regarding booth planning and trade fair participation for 2021 are hereby null and void and will not be carried over to 2022. Messe Düsseldorf will not be charging exhibitors for any costs. This means that companies that want to participate in REHACARE 2022 will need to register again. We will be launching the corresponding registration portal in October of this year.
What can exhibitors do if they have already withdrawn from the 2021 event and now want to re-register for the new dates in 2022?

Will exhibitors get the same booth reservation at the next event?
It is expected that you will be able to register for REHACARE 2022 starting in October of this year. When taking care of your new registration, we make every effort to take into consideration the booth locations of exhibitors at previous events when such exhibitors are participating again.
Will exhibitors receive support for communicating with their customers?
In our exhibitor mailing about the cancellation, all exhibitors also receive a link to the official press release on the topic. Exhibitors are welcome to use the text formulated there in their communication with their customers.
