Marcel Gerber: Yesterday, I helped a girl with spasticity to throw a ball into the basketball hoop for the first time. Her enjoyment was contagious.
What have you always been wanting to do and why have you never done this so far?
Marcel Gerber: In the past, driving a kart was a big injury risk for me. Today, I’m in a better physical condition. So I want to try it out.
Which person has influenced you most?
Marcel Gerber: I cannot name just one important person. But I have learned early to learn from all people in my vicinity – both, the "good" and "bad" people.
You have the chance to become the German Federal Commissioner for the Disabled. What would you do first?
Marcel Gerber: At first, I would submit level access boarding into trains from the German Railways – with the help of refurbishments.
