On Saturday, 24^th September 2022, Funke Medical GmbH received the "Finalist of the Year 2022" award at the gala evening of this year's "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes" competition in Düsseldorf. Funke Medical prevailed against 4,546 participants in the three-stage competition and convinced the jury in all award criteria with its outstanding economic and operational performance.

The "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes", awarded by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation since 1994, is the most coveted business award nationwide.
