KIM integration, paperless processes in service, CRM solutions for successful customer relationships: The industry software specialist KUMAVISION is presenting numerous innovations in the industry software for other service providers at REHACARE (Hall 5/Stand B18). Together with the partner company M Assist, KUMAVISION is driving forward the digital transformation of the industry and opening up new potential for increasing efficiency for medical supply stores, rehabilitation technology, home care and OT/OST companies.

As one of the first software providers in the field of other service providers, KUMAVISION supports the communication standard KIM (communication in medicine) directly in the industry software. "The successful pilot project with selected customers impressively shows the potential of KIM integration into the industry software. Other service providers can quickly and securely exchange messages with prescribers via the telematics infrastructure, for example to request prescriptions or discuss prescription changes," explains Michael Messner, Managing Partner at M Assist Media breaks, which save companies time and minimize sources of error. The KIM integration will be rolled out to other customers in coordination with the Gematik timetable.

Faster processes, end-to-end order transparency and more user-friendliness: The digital device file enables completely paperless processes in the workshop and is seamlessly integrated into the industry software. The employees thus benefit from lean processes, improved user guidance and a connection to digital systems. At the same time, the new control center offers a clear overview of all orders and any bottlenecks. The workshop management thus has an instrument for optimally deploying employees and is always able to provide information in the event of customer inquiries.
