Medical products from Kalldorf for Ukrainian refugees

The war in Ukraine escalates every day more. The extent of the catastrophe and the inconceivable suffering cannot be put into words. According to UNHCR, almost four million Ukrainians have fled to neighboring european countries to date – and the unreported figures are probably much higher.

With the delivery of the numerous wheelchairs last Monday, a great contribution is made to the Ukrainian refugee aid.

Without many words, the MEYRA Group have already initiated relief measures with subsidiaries and partners in recent weeks. On tuesday evening, 29-03-22, another relief measure could be implemented: a truck packed with 140 wheelchairs was on its way from the company headquarters in Kalldorf to the subsidiary MDH in Łódź (Poland), 450 km from Lviv in Ukraine.

On Monday, 04-04-22, this truck arrived in Łódź (Poland). The wheelchairs were handed together with MDH to aid organizations on the Polish-Ukrainian border, which then distributed the wheelchairs to arriving refugees.
