Accessible medical practices


Dear Sir or Madam,

For some it is the annual dentist visit, for others it is the necessary stay at the hospital because of a surgery; all good reasons to perceive the visit to the doctor as unpleasant. People with disabilities often have quite different reasons for this: According to their type of impairment they have diverse demands to accessibility. That’s why we took stock of accessibility in medical practices in our Topic of the Month June.
