Dear Sir or Madam,
To open a book and read it is nothing really special? However, it is not self-evident to blind and visually impaired people. Because very often books are not designed and made available in an accessible way from the beginning. We asked Prof. Thomas Kahlisch from the German Central Library for the Blind, why it is that way and what he wants from the Federal Government. Have a nice weekend!
