Which person has influenced you most?

Silke Naun-Bates: There were a lot of people. Everybody was very precious to me at his or her time. Naming them all would take too long.

You have the chance to become the German Federal Commissioner for the Disabled. What would you do first?

Silke Naun-Bates: Making accessibility a reality. I am not really depending on it because I can move along with my hands. But I really enjoy it when places are wheelchair accessible. Especially in the context of work and getting a job it would be very helpful if companies would think about accessibility. So that this could no longer be a reason for a "no" and only the qualification and personality would be important for the decision whether you get the job or not. This would make many things much easier, I think.
