In social media she is well known as Rollifraeulein and recently Tanja Kollodzieyski also founded her own Twitter project to increase the visibility of people with various disabilities. To what extent we are all a puzzle and what kind of connection she would like to have with a German actress, she tells us on REHACARE.com.

What makes you laugh?

Tanja Kollodzieyski: Situation comedy, people who don't take themselves too seriously, irony.

What have you always been wanting to do and why have you never done this so far?

Tanja Kollodzieyski: Writing books. Unfortunately, I have too many demands on myself and too many fears of failure, which always interfere with my work.

Which person has influenced you most? And why?

Tanja Kollodzieyski: I believe that we are a puzzle of the people around us and every day a particle is added or changed.

You have the chance to become the Commissioner for the Disabled. What would you do first?

Tanja Kollodzieyski: 1. Stipulating that no human being may be forced to live in special institutions. Also not for cost reasons. 2. To oblige the private sector to be barrier-free. Bars, cinemas, doctors, venues etc. should be accessible for all.

Tanja Kollodzieyski: 1. When will there be more accessible apartments? 2 Why are we still at the beginning of inclusion in Germany? 3. Why is it easier to criticise than to praise?

Tanja Kollodzieyski: There is not only one reality: Listen to each other and take each other's experiences seriously.
