When did you last laugh heartily and what about?

Victoria Michel: Just the other night with and about my assistant, because both of us are sometimes really scatterbrained. No, wait, actually we always are.

What have you always been wanting to do and why have you never done this so far?

Victoria Michel: There are many things, like a trip around the world or tandem paragliding. I have always been a very curious kind of person. So I would like to make as many experiences as possible in a very short periode of time. And I want to get to know the world.

Which person has influenced you most?

Victoria Michel: I think that every person you are in contact with for a longer time influences you somehow.
But like it is for many people, it is also my parents who have influenced me the most. They know me very well and have always been showing me that giving up is no option and how beautiful life is. But every day I also learn a lot from many different amazing people.

You have the chance to become the German Federal Commissioner for the Disabled. What would you do first?

Victoria Michel: The first thing I think of is the income and capital limit for people who get help from personal assistants. I would like to get rid of this limit or at least to raise it a lot.
Another important topic is inclusion in playschool and school. I really believe that inclusion and equality for people with and without disabilities can work out if we already teach our children that a disability is nothing bad or extraordinary.
By now, I do not think that the goals of the Federal Government concerning this field are convertible - because the whole German school system counteracts the principle of inclusion.
Okay, I think I am ready with going mad about this, for the moment.

Your life is made into a film: Who would represent you?

Victoria Michel: My first choice would be Helena Bonham Carter. I think both of us have the same level of craziness and creativity. Well, but she has more money to actually live this up.

Victoria Michel: In order to quote Farin Urlaub (Note: Band leader of German band "Die Ärzte") - the best German poet after Goethe and Schiller: "It doesn't matter who you are! The main thing is that it makes you happy!"
