Veldink4kids focuses on high-quality, modern wheelchairs for children and young people aged 3 to 18. The company's mission is to provide young users the greatest degree of freedom in order to support their development in the best possible manner. When developing new products, Veldink4kids works closely with therapists to meet the individual needs of children, their parents and caregivers. In doing so, Veldink4kids focuses on a balance between design and functionality. Depending on the size and requirements of the child, each wheelchair is individually configured and can grow in width, depth and height with the child. Specifically, the Veldink4kids portfolio fills the gap for children's wheelchairs in the age group of three to ten-year-olds who outgrow the Ottobock Kimba rehab buggy. The Veldink4kids management team will remain with the company and accompany the future international expansion. The NeuroMobility business area at Ottobock includes neuro-orthotics solutions as well as the rehabilitation and wheelchair business.
