MBL has announced that Errol Marklein, a recognized figure in the wheelchair and mobility technology sector, has joined the company’s Omobic team as a consultant and brand ambassador. For several months, Marklein has worked closely with MBL to refine and advance the Omobic product line, focusing on user-centered solutions for people with disabilities.

More than 30 years ago, MBL founder Mogens Bichel Lauritsen first met Marklein during a visit to Sopur, then an emerging wheelchair manufacturer. Their shared understanding of design and function laid the foundation for a lasting collaboration.

As Errol Marklein recalls: "I knew from the second we met, that we were two minds ticking in the same way."

Since then, the two have remained connected through their shared commitment to functional design and human-centered mobility.
