Marc Lembeck is a former track and field athlete and all-around competitor who began a second career in rowing after his participation in the Paralympics in Beijing and is preparing for his second Paralympics. In addition to his sporting career, he works professionally for the Deutscher Behindertensportverband (DBS) and as an event inclusion manager beim Deutschen Ruderverband (DRV), where he combines his passion for sport and inclusion.
