Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code. You only pay €1 per voucher redeemed.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the REHACARE online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.

Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief Video.

Take advantage of unparalleled media presence: trade press from around the globe assembles at REHACARE. Make your products and services known with minimum effort and maximum effect. For example with a free service: post your press releases on the REHACARE Internet portal, allowing journalists access to your trade fair announcements for their pre-fair reports and articles.

Video Service

TELEMAZ CORPORATE GmbH becomes ORT MOTION GmbH!

The team supports you in staging your trade fair appearance perfectly and making it experienceable worldwide.

ORT MOTION creates film clips and animations for your trade fair presentations as well as social media clips and interviews during your trade show appearance. Of course also event documentations and image films. A special feature are drone recordings inside and outside – these can only be booked at the Düsseldorf exhibition centre via ORT MOTION. Livestreaming directly from the trade fair, hybrid events, are part of the services offered.

Fraud Alert!

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).

All invoices issued by Messe Düsseldorf are deposited in your OOS account.
In your OOS account you have the possibility to check the correctness of the invoices at any time.
