Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following procedure:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the REHACARE online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

• Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket (see Düsseldorf Ticket in up!date 2 and 4).

Exhibitors‘ Party “Halbzeit“

On the occasion of REHACARE 2023, Messe Düsseldorf is happy to invite you to the exhibitors’ evening “Halbzeit”:

After enjoying a full day in the halls, come celebrate the traditional REHACARE exhibitors’ night with us.

Various buffets, cool Düsseldorf “Alt beer” and live entertainment will guarantee another great and relaxing evening.

Stand Party

Please register your evening event with us by 6 September. We will then provide security personnel and ensure that your guests are admitted outside of opening hours. To ensure that everything runs smoothly during your event from 7 pm to 10 pm, please familiarize yourself with the safety regulations at an early stage.

Stand Catering

Sit back and relax: local culinary professionals will deliver hot & cold food directly to your stand. Upon request our experienced service partners would be happy to make you some catering suggestions and support you with information on the applicable hygiene regulations for handling and preparing food at your stand.

Incidentally, for your general daily needs in between times you will find a supermarket right on the grounds of the exhibition centre.

Too good to throw away! Donate your leftovers to Tafel Düsseldorf e.V.

If you have food in good condition or other items from this list left over in the evening or at the end of the trade fair and want to dispose of them, donate them instead!

Contact our cooperation partner, Tafel Düsseldorf e.V., and arrange a pick-up date. Subject to sufficient capacity at the Tafel for collection and storage, their volunteers will be happy to collect the goods from your stand. They then make them available to people affected by poverty in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area. We take care of the logistics in consultation with the Tafel. All you have to do is make a call and register your goods.

We want our fairs to be as sustainable as possible and avoid waste, especially of food. Please help us by not throwing away leftovers! However, passing on leftovers from open catering is not allowed for hygiene reasons.

Visitor support at your trade fair stand is a key success factor. A friendly speech and a confident demeanor will impress your guests. Find competent hostesses/hosts and qualified service staff here.

Our service partners are exclusive provider of skilled staff specifically geared to your needs. And should you require assistance with assembly and dismantling please remember to register your requirements with us by 1 September.

This year again, the Düsseldorf Festival has surprises in store with extraordinary artists. On 15 and 16 September, the choreographer Muhammed Kaltuk brings multinational diversity and impulsive, socially driven dance to the stage. His street dance company, with its raps and protest songs, gives powerful expression to a young, activist generation.

Discover the ‘hidden’ sculptures of the AR Biennale in the Ehrenhof Park – with the help of augmented reality on your screen!

And prepare for the impact of the explosive brush strokes of the painter Cornelius Völker in the adjacent Kunstpalast. His use of colours is vibrant and alluring, and is the true protagonist in his pictures. Diagonally opposite in the NRW-Forum, famous names such as Bryan Adams, Meret Becker and Tim Bendzko will surprise you with their creative sides. There is also one famous person who features in the exhibition under the pseudonym Gedeon Schenkt. See if you can work out who it is!
